About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations in a small but growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, problem-solving, and wearing multiple hats. You’ll play a key role in keeping our warehouse organized, inventory accurate, and logistics running smoothly, with opportunities to learn new skills and grow as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of the warehouse, including routine cleaning and organization
- Perform physical inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure on-time delivery and accurate inventory visibility
- Source pallets and coordinate pallet handling for order needs, including breaking down full pallets for partial orders
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification required or ability to obtain)
- Support procurement planning and contribute to forecasting activities, including early-stage and annual procurement/forecasting work
- Assist with general building and warehouse maintenance as needed
- Monitor building security cameras, primarily on weekends
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations and take on additional responsibilities as needed in a small-team environment
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
- Forklift certified or willing and able to obtain certification
- Comfortable working in hot and cold warehouse environments
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, spreadsheets, or similar) or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn new processes and support multiple operational functions
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
